Job Description
Responsibilities and task description:
- Advanced treatment offerings covering commercial, quality, regulatory and operations aspects.
- Develop and implement go-to-market plans for profitable product launches and work with K0Ls to pilot the product and establish a customer base.
- Identifying gases and medical products scheduled to be launched in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and searching for partners to successfully implement this launch.
- Responsible for profitable growth as well as product operation. Responsible for registering products as medicines or medical devices.
- After registration, you will manage the relevant quality and regulatory tasks (such as SFDA requirements, GMP/GDP compliance, vigilance, medical device regulation, quality management) and will be fully responsible for all regulatory obligations related to medicinal products and medical devices at SIGAS.
- Represent SIGAS in authority proceedings, correspondence, inspections and audits.
- Monitoring changes in the law and the company's adaptation to new legal requirements in the field of medical products and medical devices.
