Job Description:
We are currently seeking for a dynamic and proactive Contracts Administrator to join our Headquarter in Jeddah. The successful candidate will provide crucial support to the Contract Department in current projects and ongoing tenders processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, reviewing, and negotiation of contracts, subcontracts, and claims with the Client, Partners and Subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate records of contract documents, correspondence, and other relevant information.
- Analyzing the performance of the Document Management System
- Track contract milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure compliance.
- Claims and variations management
- Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate contract execution and fulfillment.
- Assist in resolving contract disputes, claims, and discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation
- Review contractual documentation, technical proposals, letters, transmittals, and submittals in order to seek potential changes, variation orders, disputes, etc., and to maximize financial and risk performance.
