Job Description

  • 1. Coordinating QA, QMS & EMS activities
  • 2. Preparation, Issuance of QMS & EMS manuals and Document Control
  • 3. Preparation of Quality / Environmental Reports. System Circulars & General Correspondence
  • 4. Coordinating activities of Internal Audits, External Audits 7 Training Programs
  • 5. Issuing Purchase Requisitions, Material requisitions and work orders for QA Department
  • 6. Arranging Calibration of Instruments with External Labs.
  • 7. Comply with QMS & EMS requirements.

Skills

  • 1. Minimum 2-5 years working experience in Quality Assurance of a manufacturing company.
  • 2. Working experience in documentation of Quality Management System ( ISO9001 ) & Environmental Management System ( ISO 14001 )
  • 3. Conversant with QMS & EMS functions and documentation.
  • 4. Conversant with correspondence, communication & computer applications.
  • 5. Diploma Holder in any specialization preferably graduate from Jubail Industrial College or Institute of Public Administration.
  • 6. Saudi National Only.
