Job Description

Position Title:             Logistics Executive

Employment Type:     Full Time

Salary:                        up to 7.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location:            Dubai, UAE

 

About the Client:

One of the leading industrial powerhouses in UAE that excel in power generation, manufacturing, supplying electrical equipment to oil & gas services.

 

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation of goods.
  • Monitor & review the daily operations of the logistics department and coordinate the movement of goods to ensure timely delivery.
  • Negotiate with vendors to obtain favorable terms and collaborate with other departments (Procurement & Finance).
  • Perform analysis of the overall budget/expenses for the logistics operations of the organization.
  • Determine the most cost-effective and efficient means of transportation services.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Open to Sri Lankan and Pakistani nationalities
  • Male, 40 years old and below
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Logistics Executive in freight forwarding industry
  • Knowledge in UAE Customs Regulations Iraq trade lane is required
  • Strong understanding of incoterms & its applications
  • UAE driving license is an advantage
  • Immediate joiners are prioritized
