Job Description
  • Processing purchase orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Assisting in vendor management, including onboarding, database maintenance, and updating vendor information.
  • Reviewing and reconciling invoices against purchase orders and contracts to ensure accuracy.
  • Supporting contract management by assisting in the creation, review, and maintenance of contracts.
  • Collecting and analyzing procurement data, preparing reports and dashboards to provide insights.
  • Ensuring compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and serving as a point of contact for procurement-related matters.
  • Identifying process inefficiencies and proposing solutions for continuous improvement
  • Providing general administrative support, including documentation management and meeting coordination. 


Desirable requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • A proficiency level in English is required, including the ability to make presentations in English.
  • Previous experience or internships in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis.
  • Desirable knowledge in SAP ECC;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to work and communicate effectively with all parties.
  • A high degree of motivation and strong academic background.
  • Ability to quickly respond to unexpected situations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and a good team player.
  • Living in Istanbul or Bandırma.
