Job Description
  • To work on the set up period of different platforms, ensure they run smoothly and the data flow/ customer journey is effective and work on cross-platform integrations. Test the systems regularly, define problems and follow up the process to solve the issues that occures on different systems.
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage the marketing technology systems and integrations with related technologies required to run campaigns.
  • To set up, test and execute the registration process by collaborating with other departments and 3rd parties, ensure the registration system works effectively online and onsite and the data flows correctly. This includes pre-event and onsite setup and coordinating/briefing vendors for machine and software set ups and controls, trouble shoots on registration data and communication with international and local vendors.
  • Oversee data collection points online / onsite for data quality purpose. Give trainings and brief  3rd parties and temporary staffs onsite.
  • Validate the data  that is collected through different hardwares (eg. turnstiles) to ensure if all local turnstile data have been pushed to the system through API. Find out tech stacks if required and communicate it to the 3rd parties.
  • To ensure the data privacy policies and regulation are on place (GDPR; KVKK) and the processes related to these regulations runs correctly. This also includes the local data governance regulations systems integrations, tests and controls in published channels and contracts
  • Manage technology vendors and to work on the assesment processes of 3rd parties, ensure the process run smoothly, provide required information and finalize the processes.
  • Help the marketing department improve adopt new solutions and platforms and champion the platforms that’s used in marketing.

  • 1-2 years experience in marketing related jobs.
  • Advanced Level of English
  • Advanced Level of Computer use and Office Programs
  • Analytical Mindset and Approach
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and charting
  • Tech-savy and able to learn new platforms and tools
  • Having a researcher mindset and open to learning
  • Able to juggle many projects, with a strong focus on timekeeping and fast delivery
  • Good attention to detail

Desired Skills


  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager, Eloqua
  • Verbal and written communication skills
