Functional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Benefits Administration :

Relevant degree and experience in an HR department performing similar tasks. Knowledge of Human resources processes and best practice. Strong working knowledge of Benefits Administration: medical insurance management. 4 years’ experience in Benefits Administration in a high ‐ volume fast paced work environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, French and Arabic Language High commitment to customer service to our internal clients. Natural organizational skills and ability to multi-task while remaining focused. Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use HRIS systems Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Demonstrated ability to remain calm and work well under pressure while meeting strict deadlines
