About the job Admin Coordinator
Kodexo Labs is hiring a full-time, on-site resource for the position of "Admin Coordinator" for its office based in Karachi, Pakistan.
Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies, equipment, repairs, and maintenance
- Organize company records and documents, both physical and digital
- Answer phones and route calls
- Take messages and distribute mail
- Prepare letters, emails, and other correspondence
- Provide technical support for office hardware and software
- Handle office budgeting and expense processing
- Coordinate billing and collections
- Onboard new employees and maintain staff records
- Organize training sessions for staff
- Gather information for HR processes like performance reviews
- Support senior executives with admin tasks and sensitive information
- Greet visitors and determine who they should meet with
- Schedule meetings and coordinate company events
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and compliance standards
- Maintain templates for office documents and paperwork
- Oversee office space planning and equipment leases
- Act as a liaison with IT consultants and vendors
- Provide general operational support to keep the office running smoothly
Eligibility Criteria:
- At least 6 months - 01 year of experience in the same or similar role.
- B.com or bachelors in relevant field.
- Proficient in MS Office.
