Execute tasks related to company incorporation and application of various permits, clearances, and licenses.
Provide guidance and support to customers.
Implement the follow-up internal and external procedures established to manage the customer accounts.
Facilitate communications and exchange of information between customers and relevant authorities.
Follow up closely with customers and licensing authorities’ actions and progress to ensure receiving all permits and licenses in a timely manner.
Respond promptly to customer requests, problems, and complaints to ensure the satisfaction of customers.
Coordinate with the Company PROs in relation to the OSS department’s matters to ensure the completion of all pending tasks.
In conjunction with the OSS Lead, contribute to the formulation and the implementation of the Commercial Strategy, ensuring alignment with One-Stop-Shop (OSS) requirements.
Ensure effective cascading of the company strategy and the OPAZ strategy into the company business plans to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with departmental strategies and project teams.
Strategy Development and Implementation
In conjunction with the line manager, implement the Commercial Strategy in line with SIP Group’s vision, mission and corporate objectives.
Share the Commercial Strategy with other, interfacing departments.
Market Analysis
Research industries and organizations to identify new opportunities.
Network with potential clients to find out the prevailing market trends and design business development strategies and plans.
Execute marketing initiatives in order to stimulate the development of new markets.
People Management
Prepare (input for) annual Performance Contract and discuss and agree with line manager. Conduct timely mid-year review and end-of-year performance review with line manager and sign off.
Attend regular/weekly meetings with assigned team as well as departmental meetings.
Where applicable, join company-wide project teams and ensure the effective achievement of assigned objectives through own performance, influencing the positive contribution by other teams and departments, setting of individual objectives, supporting others, providing formal and informal feedback and appraisal – in order to maximise team and departmental performance.
Budgets and Plans
Ensure proper and clear planning of all work, agreed with direct line manager.
Execute projects and work within the assigned budget and duration. Keep a correct overview of timing and spending in line with the approved guidelines.

Ensure understanding and following agreed policies, processes, procedures and controls.
Provide information on policies, processes and procedures to clients and investors.
Quality, Health, Safety, & Environment
Ensure compliance to all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the assigned section to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude.
Bachelor in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Law or other relevant degree.
0 - 2 years' experience in a similar function
Good understanding in developing and managing key stakeholder relationships.
Good understanding of lead generation, sales techniques and negotiation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a genuine interest in people.
Knowledge in business development, contract management, project management, conducting feasibility studies and development of business cases and commercial proposals .
Knowledge of the port and free zone Industry.
Ability to multi-task.
IT fluency. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
