Who We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a motivated A ssistant Superintendent with a minimum of 6 months of field or related experience and a High School Diploma. The right hard-working A ssistant Superintendent is responsible for assisting the lead Superintendent with the overall day-to-day supervision of field related construction activities. An Assistant Superintendent should have a critical eye for detail, computer literacy, strong communication, and organizational skills. Must be able to provide on-site coordination for all phases of the project, including coordinating subcontractors, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Successful candidates will be able to share their passion for and dedication to getting the job done and confidently represent the firm, including committing the firm on schedule and cost matters within approved parameters.
consists of scheduling subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion, performing quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed, communicating with project team regarding ASI’s, RFI’s, and Material Submittals.
