About the Job
As an AI-ML Engineer at Aspire, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define machine learning objectives, conduct research, design models, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
What you’ll do
- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms using Python, R, and Java, leveraging libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Keras.
- Utilize cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, and familiarize yourself with big data technologies including Hadoop and Spark for data processing and model training.
- Gain expertise in the latest machine learning models, including those being rolled-out in consumer-facing generative AI tools, and apply them to real-world business challenges.
- Explore specialized topics such as transfer learning, ensemble methods, and model explainability, while also delving into advanced areas like GANs and reinforcement learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define machine learning objectives and lead initiatives, supporting team members in AI project collaboration.
- Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights, optimize machine learning models for performance, and stay updated with AI research advancements.
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Continuously improve machine learning algorithms and techniques, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in AI and machine learning.
- Obtain relevant certifications such as Azure AI Fundamentals, Azure AI Engineer, GCP Cloud Engineer, and AWS Machine Learning Engineer to enhance expertise in the field.
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or higher from a top-tier university in technical subjects such as Computer Science, Engineering, or quantitative ones such as Mathematics, Physics, Econometrics.
- 4+ years of work experience in AI-related research and development, with a focus on computer vision, reinforcement learning, and natural language understanding
- Proficiency in Python, R, and Java, with expertise in machine learning libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Keras.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised, unsupervised learning, and deep learning, complemented by skills in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Solid foundation in statistics, probability, and linear algebra, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working in a team environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark.
- Certification in relevant technologies such as Azure AI Fundamentals, Azure AI Engineer, GCP Cloud Engineer, and AWS Machine Learning Engineer is preferred.
- Passion for machine learning and artificial intelligence, with a systematic approach to problem-solving and a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
