Responsible for ensuring all PMO and Risk Management services within assigned Hub(s) are fully aligned with best practice and international ISO standards and is reflected in all Control Centre.
Acts as the PMO and project controls subject matter expert within assigned Hub/territory.
Leads and directs the delivery of all technical PMO and project controls services within assigned Hub/s including all aspects of digital services.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil.
Experience of Leading a project/program of a similar nature.
Leads Program Performance/Progress Monitoring.
You’ll also have:
Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the construction sector.
Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
