About the Role:

The Team: The role of the Client Success Implementation Team is to facilitate the onboarding of customers to the Counterparty Manager (CPM) product suite (particularly Onboarding Accelerator and Request for Amendment). Provides front line daily support for all clients during implementation.



The Impact: Support business growth and increase client productivity and efficiency through effective use of CPM products.

Responsibilities:


The candidate will be responsible for the following:



  • Facilitate the onboarding of bank and vendor customers to Counterparty Manager product suite from sales and commercial


  • Ensure customers of Counterparty Manager receive first class service consistent with S&P Global expectations.


  • Maintain the integrity of profile and company information that exists within the Counterparty Manager product suite and ensure that any exceptions are identified, researched, and resolved.


  • Become highly skilled in the Counterparty Manager suite of solutions such as Request for Amendment, Onboarding Accelerator, and Outreach360.


  • Assist global implementation team members in any capacity on a day-to-day basis and during high volume periods.


  • Conduct client demos as required.
