About the Role


Global Liquidity (GL) is seeking a Full-Time Associate to join the India GLCR Team as a Risk Analyst. The GLCR group is responsible globally for establishing and administering investment policies and procedures governing all Money Market Funds and Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs) offered by GL platform to the investors. The GLCR oversees formulation and approval of policies, procedures and related activities as they may relate to credit, market, operational, reputational and other risks and operating practices applicable to the investment management of covered funds and accounts.


Associate will be responsible for managing Investment Policy Review meetings by preparing and coordinating with different teams including Portfolio Managers and providing them various different risk metrics and reports. Also, Associate will be working on different projects to enhance governance and controls by setting up new processes or automating existing processes.



Responsibilities Include: 


  • Provide day-to-day support to global stakeholders by producing various daily risk monitors and reports for monthly Investment Policy Review meetings.
  • Perform and document governance activities to assure Investment policies/guidelines are being followed consistent with business objectives/regulatory requirement.
  • Reviewing and validating Stress Test data & results for Money Market Mutual Funds.
  • Running daily & weekly Control & Risk monitors.
  • Coordinate audit, compliance, regulatory and risk management initiatives.
  • Work on adhoc requests from stakeholders & Portfolio Managers.
  • Focus on automation and workflow efficiencies within the existing risk products and processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:


  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Investment Management Industry.
  • Strong programming experience in Python & data visualization solutions like Tableau etc.
  • Strong understanding of Fixed Income products and markets 
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills (including data analysis and ability to understand data flows)
  • Self-starter and ability to work both independently and as a team player & ability to multi-task and manage priorities and time effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ; VBA coding.

Education:


  • Post graduation and candidate who have completed CFA Level 2 or FRM would be preferred 

Shift Timing: EMEA (1.30pm to 10.30pm)
