Khazna, a leading Fintech Startup in Egypt, is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Product Designer with extensive experience in designing user experiences for Mobile Apps. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual and interactive elements of our cutting-edge mobile applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user-centric designs that elevate our users' digital banking experience.

Responsibilities:

• Designing Intuitive Mobile User Interfaces: Develop visually appealing and user-friendly mobile app interfaces that align with the company's brand and enhance overall usability.

  
  

• User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to gain insights into user behavior and preferences, and use these insights to inform design decisions.

  
  

• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and ensure seamless user interactions.

  
  

• Collaboration with Product and Engineering Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements, translate them into design solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of designs.

  
  

• Information Architecture: Define the app's information architecture, ensuring logical navigation and intuitive flow throughout the user journey.

  
  

• Mobile Design Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in mobile app design, and incorporate them into the design process to deliver innovative solutions.

  
  

• Design System Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive design system to maintain consistency across all mobile app interfaces and facilitate efficient design workflows.

  
  

• User Experience Enhancement: Continuously identify opportunities for improving the user experience and collaborate with the team to implement iterative design changes.

  
  

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Strategy, Tech Teams, and other teams to ensure seamless handover and business needs.

  
  

• Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall knowledge sharing culture within the design team.

  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

  
  

• 5+ years of proven experience in mobile app design with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and user-centered mobile app designs.

  
  

• Expertise in Figma.

  
  

• Solid understanding of user experience principles, and the ability to apply them to create intuitive and seamless app interfaces.

  
  

• Experience in user research and usability testing methodologies, with a strong ability to gather user feedback and translate it into actionable design improvements.

  
  

• Strong knowledge of mobile design best practices, trends, and emerging technologies in the mobile app space.

  
  

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

  
  

• Attention to detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect designs that align with brand guidelines.

  
  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, with a proactive and self-driven approach to problem-solving.

  
  

• Experience with Fintech or finance-related app design is a plus, but not mandatory.
