Responsibilities:
Budgeting and Financial Planning: + Develop and maintain the company’s
operational forecasts, including weekly, quarterly, and annual projections.
+ Prepare the
annual budget and
medium-term (MT) plans, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Operational Excellence: + Conduct
daily analyses of key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and report on operational health.
+ Drive
continuous improvement by developing new procedures in controlling and manufacturing areas to enhance service efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and implement cost-saving measures.
Financial Controlling: + Oversee the financial aspects of manufacturing activities, ensuring robust control mechanisms are in place.
+ Analyze variances between actual costs and budgeted/forecasted figures.
+ Evaluate the performance of cost and profit centers, providing insights for decision-making.
+ Support the monthly close process with accurate reports and ensure month-end balances are clear and justified.
+ Collaborate closely with stakeholders to present a transparent view of the company’s financial performance.
+ Manage the financial aspects of business expansion and investments.
+ Generate periodic financial reports as required by the group.
+ Analyze operating margins, stock materials, spare parts (including price variance, scrap, and obsolescence), and other manufacturing costs.
+ Provide special reports and analyses to advise the plant manager on necessary corrective actions.
Communication and Continuous Improvement: + Engage in the development of
Kaizen initiatives to promote operational efficiency.
+ Actively participate in departmental meetings and committees, ensuring effective communication across teams.
+ Ensure adherence to internal procedures and
YAZAKI standards.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: + Uphold the requirements of the
Quality Management System (ISO/TS 16949) and YAZAKI’s procedures.
+ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the work area, including adherence to the
5S methodology.
+ Maintain conformity with labor laws and company policies.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
5~7 years of experience in a relevant role.
MS Applications Proficiency.
Exposure to SAP is a must.
Good communication skills.
Fluency in English.
