Job Description

  • Manages scheduled appointments. 
  • Enter and format documents (medical reports, electronic correspondence, spreadsheets, etc.). 
  • Interview patients to complete their records. 
  • Prepare, maintain, and update the medical records of the patients.
  • Fill out forms for the payment of insurance and claims. 
  • Keep medical records and documents and ensure their confidentiality. 
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory. 
  • Maintain a monthly drug checklist. 
  • Establish and enforce office routines and procedures. 
  • Assist in Health Insurance procedures, approvals, reimbursements and claims 
  • Answer medical queries. 
  • Participate in health campaigns. 
  • Apply Personal autonomy (wound dressing, BP management, temperature…etc )
  • Conduct basic life support, CRP, and advanced life support)
  • Assists and participates in educational courses for staff and students 
  • Develops some initiatives according to instructions
