Accountabilities & Key Roles:
Marketing bank’s products and services through direct and cross selling to
achieve branch goals and increase customer base and revenue .
Providing professional, and high quality service that meet customers’
requirements and exceeds their expectations.
Developing the relationship with customers, and ensuring that customers profiles
are updated (through implementing the KYC principle – Know Your Customers).
Identify customer needs and fulfilling it with proper bank’s products or services.
Handle customers requests/inquiries related to their accounts ,products &
services in a professional manner & serving all customers regardless of segment
up to the level of their full satisfaction.
Promote & sell bank products/services to achieve the yearly set targets .
Migrate customers to various channels ( PB ,IB, ATM, cheque deposit box, SMS)
Ensure that brochures are up to date and in place
Carry/handle efficiently custody items , keys as per custodian matrix and relevant
P&P
Adhere to Branch Operating Model .
Carry out any task requested by BM.
Adherence to all Information Security policies and standards to protect the Bank’s
employees, assets, resources and data from illegal or damaging actions by
individuals, either knowingly or unknowingly.
Key Performance Indicators
Achievement of branch sales targets.
Achievement of service quality targets.
Number of customers complaints.
Transactions done through various banking channels.
Job Requirements:
Education: Minimum Bachelor degree in business administration
or finance.
Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in banking or finance.
Competencies:
Minimum level 3 in English according to AB classification.
Full awareness of bank’s products, services, rules & regulations.
Strong orientation for sales and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
Excellent computer skills and problem solving skills.
